Quinte Health Care North Hastings Hospital is a rural, six bed primary care hospital which operates a busy 24-hour-a-day Emergency Department (including Emergency Obstetrics). The inpatient beds are available for medical and palliative care services.

QHC North Hastings Hospital also provides outreach clinics and telemedicine services, diagnostic (Radiology, Ultrasound, Holter/Event Monitor), and Physiotherapy services.  QHC North Hastings Hospital is the smallest and most rural of the four hospitals which make up Quinte Health Care.

The hospital is located in Bancroft and is part of the North Hastings Health Center Campus along with a six-chair Dialysis Unit, a 110 bed Long Term Care Facility, one of the two Family Health Teams, Public Health, Community Care Access Center and Community Care North Hastings.

Hastings County has partnered with Wollaston Township to build a complex of affordable, geared to income, housing for seniors.

This residence is located at 43 Spring Street (which runs parallel and north of Highway 620.).

It is a four-unit complex, with one unit fully wheelchair accessible.
