We follow the regulations listed within the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA)The Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act2005, (AODA) provides for the establishment of accessibility standards. The purpose of the Accessibility Standards is to set requirements in a number of key areas, such as: 

  • Customer Service
  • Employment
  • Information and Communications
  • Transportation
  • Design of Public Spaces

Accessible Formats and Communication Supports

The Municipality will provide, or arrange for accessible formats or communication supports for persons with disabilities. The cost of these goods and services will be no greater than the regular cost charged to others. To request an alternate format or for communication support, please contact the Office of the Clerk.
