R-2026-003: Rezone 274 & 280 Bartlett Road from Marginal Agriculture (MA) Zone to Rural Residential (RR) Zone

The Municipality has received a Zoning Bylaw Amendment Application to amend the zoning of the properties from Marginal Agriculture (MA) Zone to Rural Residential (RR) Zone because the lots do not meet the required minimum lot area for Marginal Agriculture (MA) Zone, and will be used for residential purposes, including a residential dwelling, and its accessory uses. This Application is a condition of Provisional Consent File No. B150/24 and B151/24 from the County of Hastings.

A Public Meeting will be held at the Council meeting on February 18th, 2026, where Council will make a decision on the Application.
