R-2026-002: Proposed Tourist Establishment at 752 Peterson Road
The Municipality has received a Zoning Bylaw Amendment Application to amend the zoning of the property from Rural Residential (RR) to a site-specific Special Recreational/Resort Commercial (RRC-137) to allow a tourist establishment use, which includes 17 cabins. The Environmental Protection (EP) Zone will remain the same.
A Public Meeting will be held at the Council meeting on February 18th, 2026, where Council will make a decision on the Application.
