R-2026-001: Rezone Part of 33 Kerr Lane from Marginal Agriculture (MA) Zone to Limited Service Residential (LSR) Zone

The Municipality has received a Zoning Bylaw Amendment Application to amend the zoning of the property from Marginal Agriculture (MA) Zone to Limited Service Residential Zone because the lot is accessed by a private road and is used for residential purposes, including a dwelling, and its accessory uses. This Application is a condition of Provisional Consent File No. B107/24 from the County of Hastings.

A Public Meeting will be held at the Council meeting on February 18th, 2026, where Council will make a decision on the Application.
