R-2025-066: Rezone 4350 Musclow-Greenview Road from Rural Residential (RR) to Marginal Agriculture (MA)
The Municipality has received a Zoning Bylaw Amendment Application amend the zoning of the property from Rural Residential (RR) Zone to Marginal Agriculture (MA) Zone because it meets the required minimum lot area required and will permit uses in the Marginal Agricultural (MA) Zone, including a residential dwelling, and its accessory uses, on the lot. This Application is a condition of Provisional Consent File No. B17/25 from the County of Hastings.
A Public Meeting will be held at the Council meeting on November 19, 2025, where Council will make a decision on the Application.
