R-2025-052: Rezone to Special Waterfront Residential (WR-142) Zone - Glory Road (no civic address)
To amend the zoning of the property, Part of Lot 7, Concession 1, Part 10 on Registered Plan HSR227, in the Geographic Township of Herschel, now in the Municipality of Hastings Highlands, to a Special Waterfront Residential (WR-142) Zone, because the property is below the required minimum water frontage of the Waterfront Residential (WR) Zone. WR-142 will permit a waterfront residential dwelling, and its accessory uses, on the lot. The lands zoned Environmental Protection (EP) shall remain as is.
A Public Meeting will be held at the Council meeting on September 24, 2025, where Council will make a decision on the Application.
