Public Notice: Upcoming Mink Lake temporary road closures May 27 & 29 2025

PUBLIC NOTICE

Please Note: There will be upcoming temporary road closures on Mink Lake Road as part of our planned Capital Construction Project. These closures are necessary to complete essential culvert replacements before broader road construction begins.

Closure Details:

  • Tuesday, May 27, 2025
Mink Lake Road will be closed to all traffic between #296 and #348 from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

  • Thursday, May 29, 2025
Mink Lake Road will be closed to all traffic between #388 and #451 from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

During these closures, no traffic will be permitted through the designated areas. We understand the inconvenience this may cause and have taken steps to ensure safety and minimize disruption.

Emergency Access:

We have coordinated with all emergency services to ensure uninterrupted emergency response. Fire trucks will be staged on the Mink Lake side of the closures as a precautionary measure.

Future Work:

Please note that there will be additional short-term closures along Mink Lake Road in the coming weeks, as more culverts are installed in preparation for full road rehabilitation. Ditching operations will also be performed along various sections of Mink Lake Road, which may cause temporary delays. We will continue to communicate any future impacts in advance.
