Effective March 9, 2026

Pursuant to Bylaw 2020-030 the REDUCED LOAD RESTRICTION PERIOD shall be IN EFFECT starting March 9th for ALL PORTIONS OF ALL HIGHWAYS, save and except Hastings Highlands Road 62, under the jurisdiction of the Council and the Corporation of the Municipality of Hastings Highlands

The restriction is that no axle of any commercial vehicle shall transmit to the highway, a weight in excess of 5000 kilograms. Any deviations to this must strictly adhere to the exceptions under the Highway Traffic Act.
